Peter Kenagy is a jazz trumpet artist based in Boston, Massachusetts. His music has been called elegant and adventurous, both modern and rooted in tradition, with a sound all its own.

His first album was Little Machines (Fresh Sound/New Talent, 2005) and his most recent releases are Standard Model and Stuart Little.

Kenagy is an active composer and arranger who writes original music for the nine-piece jazz band The Mad Monkfish Jazz Orchestra, for solo piano, and for small jazz groups.
